David Ayastuy is founder and managing partner of Unicorn Strategic Partners and Unicorn Strategic Capital. Launched in 2017, Unicorn Strategic Partners is a leading third party fund distribution firm with over $4 billion in assets under distribution from Latin American and US offshore investors. In 2023, David, together with Andres, Mikha and Jorge launched Unicorn Strategic Capital to provide alternative investment managers with top-tier distribution and marketing capabilities in Latin America, US Offshore and US Hispanic Markets.
He began his professional career at Barclays Bank and Deutsche Bank.
David has a degree in Business Administration and an executive PDD from IESE.

Casais
Andres Casais, based in Miami, is a co-founder and partner at Unicorn Strategic Capital, spearheading private markets fund distribution activities for US Offshore clients across Miami and New York. He also serves as the deputy CEO for Unicorn Strategic Partners.
Previously, Andres led business development for seven years at Insight Investment in London, cultivating relationships in the EMEA region. His financial career began at the discretionary investment department of EFG Asset Management in Miami.
He earned a master's degree in finance from Hult International Business School in London and holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Business and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Raised in Venezuela and residing in Miami with his wife, Andres brings a dynamic blend of global experience and strategic acumen to his leadership roles.

Arboleya
Ignacio Arboleya is a Miami-based associate at Unicorn Strategic Capital, where he contributes to product analysis, data management, reporting and daily project management activities. Before joining the team, Ignacio worked as an investment and consolidation analyst at FitzRoy Investment Advisors, a multi-family office firm that provides asset management advisory services to over 25 ultra-high-net-worth clients. Earlier in his career, he spent two years at Everis in the banking department in Madrid.
Ignacio holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and he has achieved master's degrees in international business and finance with honors from Hult International Business School in Boston.

Bunge
Florencia Bunge is a Partner and Head Latam Distribution for Unicorn Strategic Partners. She is responsible for sales and distribution of investment products represented by the group in the Latam Wholesale market. Prior to joining, Florencia was a Senior Vice President and Head of Latam Sales at Pioneer Investments since 2001. She was responsible for sales, marketing and distributor relationships within South America including Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. Before joining Pioneer Investments in 2001, she served as Vice President of Sales for Credit Suisse in New York in the Latin America division. Florencia graduated as Doctor in Economics in UBA, Argentina.

Chirinos
Fatima is the Chief Operating Officer for Unicorn Strategic Capital and Unicorn Strategic Partners. Fatima works hand in hand with Nfq, a key partner and investor in Unicorn.
She has been involved in both companies since inception and leads all administrative and operational processes for the firm, including financial planning, budgeting, compliance, human resources and billing.
Fátima is Economist from the Central University of Venezuela and a Specialist in Finance and Business Management.

Latorre
Nicole is a Vice President at Unicorn Strategic Partners, where she executes the sales and distribution of investment products to intermediaries in US Offshore. Nicole also assist Unicorn Strategic Capital with the distribution of alternative investment funds for existing clients.
Nicole has been in the industry for over 16 years. Before joining Unicorn Strategic Partners, she worked at Robeco as Office Manager and Sales Support. Nicole also worked at Serfinco, BBVA and Grupo Aval in Colombia where she held different positions as wealth account manager and director of investor relations. Prior to this, she worked for Merrill Lynch in Miami from 2005 to 2011 where she assisted a private banking wealth management group.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Bentley University, Waltham, MA.

Antonio has over 10 years experience in the digital marketing industry. He has experience leveraging the potential of companies and individuals through the use of multiple marketing tools such as email marketing, UX/UI, and graphic design. Before joining Unicorn Strategic Partners, Antonio developed digital work for companies such as smart®, Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, Heineken, ASISA and Domino’s pizza as part of his job for digital agencies such as BBDO and Adlaida. Antonio is an Advertising & Public Relations graduate from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Santino is an analyst at Unicorn Strategic Capital in Uruguay, where he executes the sales and distribution of alternative investment products to institutional investors and intermediaries in Argentina and Uruguay.

Gonzalez
Sergio Gonzalez serves as the head of operations for Unicorn Strategic Capital and Unicorn Strategic Partners. He has been actively engaged with both projects since their beginnings as part of Nfq Advisory Solutions, a key partner and investor in Unicorn. In his role, he coordinates all technical and administrative departments of all areas of the parent company.
Sergio studied computer science at the European University of Madrid, obtaining a double degree with a specialty in artificial intelligence at the University of Staffordshire in the United Kingdom, where he lived for two years. Shortly after, he moved with a scholarship to the Commercial Office of Spain in Tel-Aviv, Israel, where he stayed another two years and began his studies in economics. After returning to Spain, Sergio started in the technical department of Nfq, after which he moved to lead the firm’s operations and administration.

Gonzalo is a Senior Vice President at Unicorn Strategic Partners. He is responsible for the Montevideo office covering the Latam Retail segment catering to clients based in Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. Gonzalo has more than 13 years of experience in the financial industry having held various sales and trading roles. Prior to joining Unicorn, Gonzalo was a Sales Representative for Central America, Uruguay and Argentina at Compass Group. His clients include private banks, multi-family offices and independent financial advisers. He previously worked as a Senior Trading Specialist at Julius Baer and Merrill Lynch. Gonzalo is a Certified Public Accountant; he is a graduate of Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
